My First Blog
Hello everyone :)
This Blog is an interactive way to help my students to become
self –directed persons in keeping their long-term healthy eating habits and
avoid eating fast food. Eating a healthy diet gives our brain and our body the
vitamins and minerals needed to live well.
I will encourage my
students to visit my blog to post questions and ideas. Healthy eating habits may
be difficult to maintain so I will encourage them to post pictures of their healthy
eating plates! I will also post interesting
questions to lead an effective group discussion.
Improve our total quality of life is priceless.....!
