Water is a fundamental part of our lives; without it every living thing will die. The earth is composed of
about 75% water and the human body contains 70% of water. It has amazing properties that make it necessary for supporting life.
It is the medium for enzymatic & biochemical reactions in the
body. Water is very important to maintain regular body function and it speeds
up the rate of metabolism in human body. It also regulates your body
temperature through evaporation. Drinking
water enables to balance water losses and keep your body properly hydrated. But
if you don’t drink enough amount of water every day, your body become
dehydrated which cause headache and fatigue. Staying hydrated can help you feel
active. You should
drink eight to ten glasses of water throughout the day. You can also eat fruit
and vegetable with high water content, such as watermelon, strawberries and
tomato.
